    I was really disappointed to hear a volunteer talking really negatively (gossiping) to the manager about another local op shop quite loudly. There were 2 or 3 customers shopping and you couldn’t help but hear. I felt it was really unprofessional and negative so I left. Presentation was great, pricing quite high but high quality stock so priced accordingly – The Op
