I’m a glass artist based in Mangawhai, turning forgotten materials into wearable art and sculpture.
Old windows, safety glass, bottles & delaminated car windscreens — I recycle them all, melting and reshaping them into something new. Working with borosilicate glass on a flameworking torch, I create fluid, organic forms inspired by the ocean — jellyfish, sea anemones, underwater movement.
Glass feels alive to me. It shifts, shimmers, catches light in unexpected ways. There’s something almost spirit-like about it — translucent, graceful, playful, always transforming.
